SHIPPING

AUSTRALIAN STATES & TERRITORIES

 

Orders ship within 1-3 business days.

All orders are sent with tracking.

Orders are currently being received between 2-15 days Australia-wide.

If your order fails to arrive within this time-frame please contact us so that we can track your parcel.

Please be aware, delays are possible over public holidays, long weekends and extreme weather events.



If your package is returned to us, and the issue lays at fault with the individual

placing the order, it is that individual who will be required to pay for the cost of reposting the item.
If the return is due to an error at our end, we will happily pay for the package to be reposted to you.

 

We are a small business and as much as we will do our best to get your items into

your hot little hands as quickly as we can, delays are possible. We humbly ask for your patience,

should any delays occur. Please know we will do our utmost to ensure a speedy delivery.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please be sure to check your junk mail and social folders to ensure you have received this. ​​

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

 

Aio Cacao do not accept returns or offer refunds on cacao or cacao butter purchases.

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been dispatched. 


In the unfortunate case your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us straight away and

provide us with your order number along with a description & photo of the damage.

It is important that you do not return any items before first contacting us.

If there is obvious damage to your order suffered during transit, or you have received the wrong item,

make sure to contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to file a refund/returns claim.

Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days

of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ via our tracking system.

​

We cannot accept returns unless your goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds.

All cases of damage will be handled on an individual basis.​​​

REFUSED DELIVERIES

 

Refunds and shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries,

whether that be a non-existent or incorrect address for orders that are returned to us.

Please be sure to double check your postal address when placing your order.

RESHIPPING FEES

 

For parcels where delivery has been refused, for parcels returned to us due to an

insufficient or incorrect address entered during the ordering process, or for parcels unclaimed

from a post office or collection point (that have returned to us because they have not been collected within the required timeframe), a fee to reship the package will occur.

This will cover the full shipping costs, including handling and any other charges incurred.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently ship internationally.

Should demand increase, we are happy to review this and broaden our horizons.
